Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, employee reimbursements, and month-end close processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Lead the 2025 financial audit, coordinating with auditors and preparing all necessary documentation.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Monitor cash flow, assist with forecasting, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Support budgeting and variance analysis, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across accounting and finance operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to streamline financial workflows and resolve issues promptly.
