Summary : Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Social Media Coordinator for our growing global social team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the team as we strengthen and expand our social media presence.

As Social Media Coordinator, you will support content curation and publishing across platforms, help execute real-time programming tied to product drops, livestream events, auctions, and hobby news. You'll contribute to the overall strategy while being hands-on in the day-to-day planning, execution and monitoring of social activity.

This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.

What you will be doing...

• Support Social Curation & Distribution team.
• Assist in creating and publishing social-first content across key channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook), ensuring it aligns with platform best practices and brand voice.
• Maintain and update a social media content calendar and other trackers as needed.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Identify on-brand content trends and social conversations to tap into and bring recommendations to the team.
• Assist in preparation of performance reports and recaps.
• Ensure all marketing efforts are implemented following appropriate guidelines.
• Live the global social team core values (Character, Positivity, Action-Biased, Openness, Intentionality, Empathy and Relationally Invested) and lead by example.
• Passionate about sports, collectibles, and the hobby space.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

What you will bring...

The salary range for this position is $62,500- $68,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a new model and vision for the hobby, fundamentally changing the experience for current and future collectors, leagues, and players across many U.S. and international professional and college sports. The organization has long-term, exclusive rights to design, manufacture and distribute trading cards for several sports and entertainment properties, including MLB, MLBPA, the Premier League, MLS, UFC, Formula 1 as well as Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars, among others.
