The ideal candidate will have 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience along with loss and risk mitigation experience, training, execution of standard operating procedures, and team member engagement. A Director of Human Resources is responsible for directing and administering the Human Resources function in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
