Community Canvassers and Team Leaders - $21 / hr + Bonuses Hiring Immediately - $21-$23 / hr + bonuses Full-time & Part-time This year, with key issues and human rights on the line, it is extremely important that people uplift their voices at the ballot box to vote for the change that they want to see in their communities.

Every eligible voter deserves the chance to influence their community and shape the electorate, but marginalized voters are often overlooked and underrepresented due to the many barriers in place that make it harder for people to exercise their right to vote.

So, we are going to underrepresented communities and registering people to vote to make sure that Wisconsinites can uplift their voices and impact critical elections.

We’ll engage with potential voters in busy public places in their communities to help them register to vote on a digital platform.

Our goal is to register and mobilize new voters in Wisconsin that will help ensure that all voices are being heard. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the following areas : Leadership, Communication & Advocacy, Community Outreach & Engagement, Campaign Work, Public Policy, and Social Enterprise.

Get paid well! Canvass positions start at $21 / hour. Leadership positions start at $23 / hour. We offer overtime pay, driver bonuses, shift bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals.

Locations : Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay We are hiring immediately, all positions run through July 24 with possibilities for advancement afterwards.

Shifts run from 12 : 00pm - 7 : 30pm weekdays and weekends with the possibility to work part-time or full-time Canvasser Responsibilities ($21 / hr) : - Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner - Deliver a compelling campaign message, and collect complete survey answers from voters - Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills - Strictly follow the campaign's safety protocols, including the use of PPE and compliance with daily health and safety guidelines The ideal candidate : -Passionate about progressive politics and fostering democracy -Strong communication skills;

you should enjoy working with other people and be willing and excited to speak with everyone -Hard worker who will stay motivated to engage as many people as possible -Open to new challenges and are interested in building their campaign skills -Culturally competent and able to respectfully engage with teammates and the community -Prior canvassing experience is not required.

Pay : $21 / hr for canvassers and $23 / hr for Team Leaders. We offer driver bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals.
