Accounting Assistant
Reports To
The Accounting Assistant will report to the Managing Director, VP for Operations, Sales
Manager, Admin & Accounting Head.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provides accounting and clerical support for the Accounting and Finance
department.
Assists in preparing statements of accountEncodes all invoices to SAP Business one applicationMaintains, prepares, and generates monthly and financial reports using SAP
Business one application
Assists in maintaining historical records by scanning and filing documentsAssists in double checking and monitoring of sales invoices.
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related coursesAt least six (6) months of experience in the related field is requiredAdequate proficiency in SAP Business One Software a plus but not requiredProficient in MS Office applicationsWell organized and detail-orientedAble to multi-task, is results-oriented, and is able to work under pressureWith good oral and written communication skillsFresh Graduates are welcome to apply POSITION SALARY COMMISSION ( 1 ) ACCOUNTING ASSISNTANT
16,500 + 10% after
