Compliance Engineering Program Manager

OCI Hardware Development organization (OHD) needs an experienced Compliance Engineering Program Manager to support the rapid expansion of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure. The candidate will have strong Program Management and analytical skills in addition to extensive knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements for Data Center ITE hardware products and technologies. Candidate will collaborate with multiple Oracle functions : Global Trade Compliance Market Access team, HW Product and Data Center Design, Compliance Engineering, Sourcing and third-party product (3PP) suppliers to ensure availability of regulatory compliance documentation (e.g., Safety, EMC and Energy Efficiency certifications and reports).

Required skills / knowledge :

• Familiarity with global product compliance processes, including Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), electrical Safety standards, radio equipment approvals, and worldwide regulatory certification requirements
• Proven capability to manage multiple complex homologation programs in parallel using database analytical tools, Microsoft Office suite, and program management tools such as Atlassian's Confluence and Jira

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. 8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
