They are NOT looking for a project manager from a commercial general contractor who's subbed out sitework / earthwork / excavation to a sitework subcontractor.
This shop (and you know who they are) is looking for a project manager with sitework / excavation experience.
Someone who has experience digging really big holes, safely.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions and establish project scope, objectives, and timelines.
