A company is looking for a Solea Success Manager to drive customer success and revenue growth in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly revenue targets through selling support and maintenance renewal agreements
Coordinate onboarding meetings, manage installation timelines, and oversee training logistics for new customers
Monitor at-risk accounts, handle service escalations, and support ongoing customer enablement and education
Required Qualifications
Experience in account management, sales, hospitality, customer success, or product training
Dental experience or familiarity with dental practice workflows is a plus
Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Outlook applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
