Customer Solutions Associate
Solutions Lab is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for our customers. This role is critical in optimizing orders, driving efficiency, and minimizing waste throughout the End-to-End Order to Cash process. You will manage customer interactions via phone and email, support order fulfillment, and handle return requests with precision and professionalism. This is a hybrid role with three days onsite and two remote, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Pay : $27.55 / hr
Schedule : Hybrid - In Office Tuesday - Thursday, 6am-2 : 30pm

Work Environment
You'll be part of a customer service team of 8, working off a queue and managing a shared inbox for customer inquiries. Occasional support for field partners or sales teams may be required. A two-week training period will prepare you to hit the ground running.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.55 - $27.55 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
