Senior Hr Program Manager / Business Partner
Take on a pivotal role as a Senior HR Program Manager / Business Partner and make your mark across our diabetes business teams. As a key driver of HR initiatives, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing employee experiences while accelerating business success. In this dynamic, results-oriented position, you will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to lead transformative programs in talent acquisition, cultural evolution, inclusion, performance and talent management, employee relations, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness.
Reporting to a Senior HR Director, you'll deliver strategic HR partnership and practical support to essential areas like Field Sales in US and Canada, IT, Marketing, and Manufacturing in Northridge, CA. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will empower front-line and mid-level leaders by addressing daily inquiries and preparing them for significant meetings and HR deliverables. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $139,200.00 - $208,800.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
