Job Title : Helpdesk Analyst - Coordinator

Job ID : 24-04526

Duration : 06 months with the possibility of extension.

The Help Desk Coordinator will assist customers with computer and application issues, determine root causes, and perform necessary functions to resolve problems. Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge are preferred.

Note : Candidate will need to work onsite for initial training. Schedule : M-F 8 : 30 to 4 : 30, with eventual 2 remote days after training.

  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • All training will be conducted on premises at 25 Market St., Trenton, NJ.
  • Preferred : 2-year college degree or equivalent technical study.

Engagement will be extended.

Summary

  • The ideal Helpdesk Coordinator will have knowledge and experience supporting and troubleshooting various Microsoft applications.
  • Must be an excellent communicator, able to explain technical details to end users positively and clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, organizing, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
  • Adhere to Help Desk IT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring conformance with information systems goals.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 (training provided)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of the operating environment, tools, and applications.
  • Follow Help Desk and IT Operations procedures.
  • Log problems and requests, document actions taken.
  • Provide first response support to users.
  • Assist with site support and project-specific tasks.
  • Support client business applications.
  • Provide follow-up to end-users as per support policies.
  • Ensure problems are well documented after resolution.
