Sr. Director, Payer Revenue Strategy & Contracting - TN

Job Opportunity

Payor Contracting and Relation Department, Full-time, 8 hour day shift, Monday - Friday, Onsite. Facility : Ascension, Location : 102 Woodmont Blvd, Nashville, TN, 37205-2287.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payer revenue strategy and contracting for one or more assigned markets or strategic business segments.
• Formulate and implement contracting strategies for assigned geographic market(s) or assigned business segment(s) in government managed care, specialty / horizontals, or value-based contracting.
• Oversee the design and implementation of value based care models and plans.
• Lead or participate in payer negotiation processes and major payer relations discussions.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned market(s) or segment(s) including the organization's delivery footprint and the payer and competitive environment. Support and integrate business plans and long-term strategies for assigned markets.
• Monitor and analyze payer net revenue financial performance in assigned market(s) or segment(s) in collaboration with other teams.
• Accountable for setting and achieving budget targets for payer lifts and revenue growth.

Requirements

Education : High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership / management OR Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership / management.
