Job Description
The Resident Manager is a vital member of Affinity One Housing. The Resident Manager is under the supervision of the Administrator and is responsible for monitoring the safety and well-being of the residents as they reside at Affinity One.
Resident Manager Duties / Responsibilities :
- Completes intakes on new patient admissions and orientation procedures and schedules
- Records inventory log of all personal belongings, valuables and return ticket; ticket and valuables to be kept in the safe
- Facilitate groups such as orientation, meditations, and community meetings
- Fills out required lab requisitions per protocol if needed
- Know where residents are at all times
- De-escalates APA and other resident problems within defined parameters
- Participates in all staff meetings as scheduled
- Documents attendance for all groups
- Files all notes in records daily for case management purposes
- Attends shift change meetings to enhance communication with staff regarding resident issues
- Provides communication with other treatment providers that the residents may be enrolled and or admitted to
- Monitors all areas of the building to ensure that they are clean, safe and orderly, and communicate with other staff as necessary to promote high quality patient care
- Remind residents of program rules and regulations as necessary and report infractions appropriately
- Complete all assigned paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely manner
Resident Manager Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License, driving record in good standing
Resident Manager Schedule :
- Swing Shift
- 12pm-12 : 30am
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Full time
Resident Manager Compensation :
- Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
- Night and weekend differential when applicable
