About the Product Support Specialist position

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to work with customers to coordinate service and support efforts. This position is a blend of technical support and customer support, working with administrators and customers, by email, chat, and phone.

Product Support responsibilities include :

• Responding to customer inquiries, via email, chat, and phone
• Identify issues and define them clearly
• Provide internal support and troubleshooting to customer success and implementation teams
