Systems Engineer

• Candidate must have experience in desktop support, network support, and end-user support calls.
• Industry certifications including A+, N+, and / or MCSE / CCNA.
• Experience with Operating Systems (Windows 11), printer troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, AD concepts, antivirus, and Office 365.
• Windows patching and CrowdStrike EDR troubleshooting.
• Manage and maintain IT inventory.
• Manage and troubleshoot web proxy, firewall, and network devices.
• Hands-on experience with Windows client and server operating systems.
• Experience in handling Outlook, MS Teams, and OneDrive client troubleshooting.
• Ability to act as the first point of contact for desktop and network issues.
• Good communication skills and personality.
• Inquisitiveness to acquire knowledge and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to rapidly absorb new technical information and apply it effectively.
• A good team player capable of delivering results in less-than-ideal circumstances.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
