The Director of Marketing Analytics role is a critical part of the Digital Marketing and Media Team. Positioned between the convergence of Data, Analytics, and Business Strategy, you are the key lead on bringing things together to both drive alignment across the group, as well as influence and direct strategic change across the organization. The role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and Technology, and will partner with the other leaders to define and deliver an analytics and reporting strategy that uses our limited resources while maximizing the volume and impact of the reporting and insights we can generate.
The ideal candidate has to be highly analytical and inquisitive by nature - and have a deep understanding not only of the data itself, but also of the business problems we're trying to solve for. They also need to be an excellent communicator, able to work across teams to drive complex topic consensus with competing needs and agendas, and then clearly communicate those outcomes to executive leaders across the company.

Marketing Technology IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
