Procurement Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a strong background in Asia sourcing, cost analysis, and vendor management. You’ll guide a collaborative team, optimize supplier partnerships, and ensure our customers receive top-quality products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a small procurement team, managing sourcing requests and ensuring projects move seamlessly from RFQ to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to align customer needs, product specifications, and mockups for high-quality promotional products.
• Source and negotiate with international suppliers, particularly in Asia, to secure the best pricing, quality, and turnaround times.
• Analyze end-to-end costs, including production quotes, tariffs, and shipping logistics, to provide accurate and competitive pricing.
• Drive continuous improvement by strengthening vendor relationships, streamlining processes, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
