A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I to provide advanced technical support for healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide self-directed support and resolution for technical issues within the installed base
Document detailed information about issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in CRM
Perform preventative maintenance activities and remote software upgrades to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, workstation and server OS platforms, and network infrastructure
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments with minimal supervision
Experience with medical information systems such as RIS, PACS, HIS, or EMR solutions preferred
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, DB2, and Oracle
Degree from a Technical College / University or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred in related fields
