About the role

We're looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to ensure that marketing campaigns are flawlessly executed, data-driven, and optimized to drive both new logo pipeline and cross-sell growth.

You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations, Demand Gen, Cross Sell and SDR teams to bring integrated campaigns to lifefrom ideation to execution to reporting. If you're a systems-minded marketer who loves optimizing workflows, building efficient campaign infrastructure, and helping turn strategy into measurable impact, this role is for you.

What you will do

• Campaign Enablement : Collaborate with GTM and Content Marketing teams on campaign briefs, translating strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
• Landing Page Management : Build, maintain and test campaign landing pages, improving performance and ensuring consistent lead pipelines to SDRs.
• Email & Audience Management : Set up campaign emails, create and segment target audiences, and measure performance across email programs to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Data Integrity & Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve pipeline or data flow blockages across marketing systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, CMS).
• Performance Reporting : Develop and maintain campaign dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights on performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.
• Webinar Operations : Manage end-to-end webinar logistics, including speaker coordination, dry runs, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the key liaison between Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Sales to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly.
• Process Optimization : Continuously improve marketing workflows, campaign setup processes, and data hygiene to enhance marketing efficiency and scale.
