We're seeking a strategic HR leader to join Keystone Management as Director of Human Resources. In this role, you'll serve as a key strategic partner and trusted advisor to our business leaders, helping shape our organization's future while ensuring excellence in HR service delivery. The HR Director reports to the President & Chief Integration Officer and serves as the primary point of contact for all people-related initiatives, personally managing key HR deliverables while supporting Keystone's strategic objectives.
Location : In Office, Atlanta, GA (Midtown)
Travel : Up to 50% travel to client locations
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level HR consulting and develop innovative solutions that support business goals
- Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic business and HR initiatives
- Coach leaders through complex people challenges and sensitive situations
- Lead organizational design efforts to support company strategy
- Oversee core HR functions including :
- Talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Performance management
- Compensation and benefits
- Training and development
- Employee relations
- Drive change management and transformation initiatives
- Lead key HR projects and strategic initiatives
What You'll Bring
10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in a hands-on leadership roleBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldProven experience leading teams and delivering results through othersStrong business acumen, including understanding of financial drivers and labor costsExpert-level relationship building and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindsetDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTrack record of selecting and developing top talentComprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulationsPreferred Qualifications
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certificationMBA or JDExperience with Collective Bargaining AgreementsFacilities management industry experienceHR Center of Excellence experienceSuccess in This Role Means You
