Job Description :
Role Summary Purpose : To define the training program structure. Lead, develop, design and evaluate training program(s)
Essential Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for the design support, development and evaluation of training program(s)
- You will drive communication and co-operation to ensure training goals are achieved
- Lead support training program reviews
- Participate in all phases of training program administration including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
- Ensure compliance with legislation requirements, best practice and support our Customer requirements
- Work in partnership with the Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, Fuel and Services teams.
- Proven passion for training Qualifications Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing training programs
- Strong written and verbal communication in all settings (meetings and classroom)
- Ability to work both independently and with teams on tasks projects
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Key responsibilities / essential functions include :
- Demonstrate mastery of Articulate 360 translations from previous versions
- Mastery of template design and rebranding challenges
- Develop engaging, task-based content where the learner frequently interacts with the materials.
- Meet and communicate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs), team members, and stakeholders globally to validate and demonstrate content being developed.
- Work in small teams to develop content collaboratively, with precision, speed, and transparency.
- Create or leverage existing media assets, perform image / graphics manipulation / optimization, and modify design layouts to suit the content.
- Lead discussions on revising content style standards and collaboratively create and revise them.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow through on multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
- Highly self-motivated and self-managed and be able to work independently and / or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Instructional Design / Development or equivalent experience using adult learning principles, methods, theories, and techniques for global audiences.
- Mastery of standard content development tools including Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Captivate, and at least one online presentation tool (for example : WebEx, Zoom, Adobe Connect, etc.).
- Flexible schedule to accommodate global meetings.
- Demonstrated experience working remotely and being self-driven to meet short timelines
- Impeccable written and spoken English skills
- Experience using storyboards collaboratively.
- Experience publishing SCORM 2004 files
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work successfully in an evolving and culturally diverse environment.
- Creative problem solver.
Preferred Qualifications :
1. 3 year of related experience Required - 5 Preferred .
2. Knowledge of technical products, preferably Life Sciences and / or IT related.
3. Understanding of HTML5 / JavaScript / node.js, web service development tools, and API concepts
4. Voiceover artistry capabilities, with appropriate pacing, clear annunciation, and pronunciation.
5. Experience working with on-premises vs cloud and hybrid solutions, SaaS concepts.
6. A team player with proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.
7. Self-starter with an enthusiastic and proactive style.
8. Prior success working with cross-functional and virtual teams.
9. Motivated by challenges, with proven record of delivering quality work on time.
