Position : Employment / Wage and Hour Litigation Attorney (At least 1 year of CA Employment Law experience required)
Location : Ventura County, CA - Remote flexibility offered , with intermittent in-office appearances
Billing / hours : 1900
Compensation : $115,000 to $250,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle litigation of employment-related lawsuits, including wage and hour disputes and agency charges.
- Act as representatives for employers in various legal proceedings, encompassing a wide array of employment issues such as class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and contract disputes.
- Provide guidance and counsel on employment and labor law matters, with a focus on California regulations.
Requirements :
- Possession of a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- At least 3 years of experience in employment law.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Strong comprehension of state and federal agency procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
