They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities Management
- Oversee all aspects of office operations, including supply management, grocery ordering, and vendor coordination
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; arrange repairs or replacements as needed
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to work
- Monitor and manage office budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and efficient resource use
- Manage keycard system including creating badges for new employees, replacing lost keycards
- Ensure building is aware of any visitors full names and act as the first point of contact for any visitors who arrive to our office
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
