Senior Manager Of Data Governance
The Senior Manager of Data Governance will lead and oversee Sourcing's data governance strategy, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across all business units. This role is responsible for implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and standards that align with the company's strategic objectives. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote data stewardship, enforce data governance practices, and drive the adoption of data governance tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
About the team : The Data Governance team is dedicated to ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of the organization's data assets. Composed of experienced data professionals, the team develops and enforces data governance policies, standards, and best practices to support Sourcing's strategic goals. We work collaboratively with various departments to promote data stewardship, manage data quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Our mission is to create a data-driven culture where data is trusted, well-managed, and used effectively to drive business insights and decision-making.
