Position Summary : The Operations Manager serves as a critical role within the company, committed to operational excellence, team development, and business growth. This role oversees the day-to-day functions across departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a high standard of service. With a focus on strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, the Operations Manager plays a key role in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and supporting a strong, customer-focused culture.

Main Job Responsibilities :

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm

Compensation : On-target earnings of $120,000 annually, base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities

Desired Qualifications :

Experience with service management software (e.g. Service Titan) is a plus
