About the job Senior Digital Campaign Manager

Our client is a London-based Marketing agency looking for a Senior Digital Campaigns Manage r to lead their Paid Search and Social clients for their growing New York-based division. It's an exciting opportunity to help them grow their US presents while closely collaborating with the UK team.

The target compensation for this role is 110k-120k with full benefits.

Here's a bit more about them :

We work in a mostly hybrid manner, so we are open to remote working as long as you are available for occasional face-to-face meetings in our New York office. The ideal candidate can work from their Manhattan office 2-3 days per week. However, they are flexible we know life happens, and some weeks you might need to work remotely!

The role

Were looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to join our talented team and lead the paid search and social US operations. Youll have a passion for everything digital, a keen eye for detail and reporting, and an understanding for how business users behave online. From Google Ads and DoubleClick, to paid social platforms and CRM / MA platforms such as Hubspot and Pardot, youll have a solid understanding of all the major tools within the marketing tech landscape.

About you

B2B experience is preferable, and ideally, youll have 6 years+ experience under your belt, with a mix agency or client-side. Agency side preferred. We want someone who can ask all the right questions and get to the heart of the matter carefully selecting the right channels to reach and engage audiences and ensuring they deliver the goods commercially for both the agency and our clients. Most of all, we want someone with a hands-on approach and an athletic mind that can help continue to set the pace and wow its clients.

What will you be doing?

_Create campaign strategies & media plans that align to client goals

_Plan & execute effective digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels

_Planning audience targeting & always looking for opportunities to optimise & grow campaign performance

_Looking for opportunities to test & learn across client campaigns

_Inputing in responses to client briefs to ensure opportunities are being maximised

_Reporting on campaign performance, constantly searching for opportunities to improve & increase the results that are being delivered

What other skills are we looking for?

_Experience managing paid search campaigns & familiar with key Social Media platforms - LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, etc

_Experience & comfortable with paid social tools including LinkedIn

_Understanding of other paid channels & how they work together

_A natural curiosity & desire to deliver outstanding work

_Comfortable with Google Analytics

_Excellent communication skills

_Comfortable dealing with clients
