Job description

Principal Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable workforce plans.

Key Internal Stakeholders

  • Work with isolved Executive Steering Committee aligned with each strategic alliance.
  • Work with Chief Customer Officer and Customer Success team to maximize customer success objectives and implement winning services approaches.
  • Work with Sales Leaders to build comprehensive and competitive enablement and engagement approaches to ensure booking goals are met.
  • Work with Chief Marketing Officer and marketing Leaders to ensure efficient and seamless approaches with alliance partners on lead goals and campaigns.
  • Work with the Portfolio Management team responsible for embedded alliances and M&A integration to ensure all operational objectives are met and that projects are balanced and managed within the portfolio.
  • Key External Stakeholders

  • Work with alliance partner Executive Steering Committee.
  • Work with program / project management counterpart(s).
  • Work with key nominated and defined individuals as responsible and required towards objectives of the alliance.
  • Essential Requirements

  • At least 10 years proven experience in program management, project management, strategic partner or ISV / OEM relationship management or combination thereof.
  • 5+ years in a high technology, ideally software industry PMO.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross functional teams.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in technology, software, fintech or insurance sectors or combination thereof.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in project management software.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and / or Smartsheets.
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills with success in working cross-functionally to implement solutions to business issues.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skill.
  • Ability to also have a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude to get the tactical tasks done.
  • Impeccable integrity, including sound judgment and professionalism; a forthright approach and willingness to give and receive open and candid feedback to improve leadership and ensure business success.
  • Capable, swift decision-maker, able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Comfortable in both strategy setting and execution within an agile organization.
  • Ability to build credible relationships with all stakeholders and lead with influence throughout the organization and with strategic partners.
  • Desirable Requirements

  • PMP / PRINCE II certification
  • CiPD certification
  • Knowledge of human capital management processes
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, products and services
  • Software or high growth technology company experience
