Job description

Administrative Coordinator

Operation Blessing (OB) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide advanced operational, administrative, and project management support to the Senior Director of Domestic Operations. This professional will streamline scheduling, communication, documentation, logistics, and project tracking to ensure the smooth execution of organizational priorities. This person will also play a key role in maintaining efficiency, enhancing alignment across teams, and supporting ministry initiatives that contribute to OB's Biblical mission of extending a helping hand in Christ's name to meet physical and spiritual needs.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of four years of relevant administrative experience; or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience providing executive support, operations management, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, multiple priorities, and stakeholder coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with project management and CRM tools (e.g. Teamflect, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external partners
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with OB's non-profit Christian mission
