Accounts Payable Processor

Job Overview :

Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Processor, where you will play a crucial role in supporting accounts payable functions. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices and payments, ensuring proper financial controls, and optimizing cash flow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely payment release through our payment systems, including provider payment, trade payables, and expense management.
• Process high-volume payables accurately in compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor setup, maintain the vendor database, and assist in the distribution of 1099 forms.
• Research and reconcile payable reports, prepare documentation, and handle escheat payments to the state.
• Collaborate with IT and health plans to independently resolve processing errors.
