Desired Background :
- 3-10 years of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, custody, alimony, and child support
- Drafting motions, depositions, expert testimony, trial prep, and mediation experience
- Well-rounded litigation experience
Exceptional writing experience and ability to prioritize tasks while giving top-notch service to clients
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Small portable book of business is a plus
