Position Summary

A cutting-edge technology firm delivering AI / ML-powered solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing industry is seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead its global revenue strategy. This is a compelling opportunity to drive international commercial growth, shape go-to-market execution, and scale a high-performance sales team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global sales strategy to meet or exceed ambitious revenue goals across multiple product lines.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a worldwide team including Account Managers, Application Engineers, and Regional Leaders.
  • Direct enterprise sales efforts with major semiconductor industry players, effectively communicating the value of advanced AI / ML-based solutions.
  • Develop and expand strategic partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on pricing, messaging, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Align with Customer Success to ensure optimal onboarding, ROI delivery, and sustained customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor or industrial software sales.
  • Proven track record in leading global sales teams and closing high-value, complex contracts.
  • Technical expertise in MES, FDC, APC, Yield Management, OEE, or AI / ML-based manufacturing systems.
  • Experience growing go-to-market capabilities in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
