The core responsibilities of this role include: Depending on which department you will be supporting, you will be taking direction from the supervisor and leadership team and assigning duties to the associates, ensuring the team is meeting their metrics, and delegating jobs as needed.
Position: 2nd shift Group Coordinator Lead
Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30PM - 10 PM
Pay: $22.25 Per Hour Plus $1 shift differential
Additional Incentives: OT during peak season
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Previous leadership experience is preferred in a warehouse setting.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
