Silane Sales Director (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence in the U.S. market.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities across coatings, adhesives, plastics, rubber, and related sectors.
- Partner with sales team on market analysis and customer relationship management.
- Build and strengthen relationships with both direct clients and trader networks.
- Deliver customized solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Travel extensively to develop accounts and manage client relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent industry background.Proven sales experience in silane, specialty chemicals, or additives.Strong network of relationships with key accounts in coatings, adhesives, fiberglass, rubber, and related industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage both direct sales for large accounts and trader partnerships for mid-size clients.Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S.Compensation
Annual Salary : $110,000 – $150,000 USD.
