Position : Project Coordinator (Manufacturing / UL Panel Shop)
We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Project Coordinator to become a key member of our panel shop operations team. In this role, you'll be the connector that keeps projects moving—making sure engineering, production, clients, and contractors are all in sync. You'll help turn designs into real-world solutions while ensuring documentation, compliance, and communication are seamless. What You'll Do
Project Coordination
Oversee project timelines and resources from start to finish in panel fabrication.
Act as the primary liaison between engineering, production, and clients, ensuring clarity on specs, progress, and deliverables.
Handle project documentation (submittals, O&Ms, reports) with accuracy and speed.
Support production scheduling and communicate changes proactively.
Document Control
Manage submittals, O&Ms, panel drawings, and datasheets—keeping everything organized, compliant, and accessible.
Maintain accuracy across Dropbox, ProNovos, and Wrike so all stakeholders have the latest information.
Uphold UL listing and project standards at every stage.
Compliance & Quality
Verify documentation meets all contract, regulatory, and UL requirements.
Identify and escalate non-compliance issues before they impact production.
Support IPS's commitment to safety, quality, and precision in every project.
Communication & Client Support
Submit and track submittals and O&Ms through ProNovos, Procore, or email.
Follow up with contractors and clients to ensure responses are timely and complete.
Keep engineering, shop, and design teams aligned through clear and professional communication.
What We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, panel fabrication, or industrial project coordination (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfort with project management software (ProNovos, Wrike, Procore, Dropbox, MS Office).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
A proactive problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and compliance.
