Key Responsibilities
Manage the gathering, analyzing, and interpreting of contact center data to prepare reports for management
Develop and implement strategic business solutions through data research and analysis
Facilitate the development of data reporting assets to identify improvement opportunities for contact center operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
4 - 6 years of related experience preferred
Equivalent experience may be considered
Candidate residing in Florida is preferred
