JobDescription :
We are looking for ameticulous and organized Contract Administrative Assistant tosupport our contract management team. The ideal candidate willassist in the preparation administration and management ofcontracts to ensure efficiency andcompliance.
KeyResponsibilities :
- DocumentPreparation : Assist in drafting reviewing andformatting contracts and relateddocuments.
- RecordKeeping : Maintain accurate and uptodate records ofall contracts andcorrespondence.
- Filing andOrganization : Organize and manage both electronicand paper filing systems for easy retrieval ofdocuments.
- Communication : Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersregarding contractrelatedinquiries.
- Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule meetings related to contract negotiationsandreviews.
- Monitoring : Track contract deadlines renewals and compliancerequirements.
- AdministrativeSupport : Provide general administrative support tothe contract management team including photocopying scanning anddataentry.
- Reporting : Assist in generating and compiling reports on contract status andperformancemetrics.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; an associates degree orcertification in administrative support or a related field ispreferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistantrole preferably with exposure to contractmanagement.
- Skills :
- Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (WordExcel Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Attention to detail andaccuracy.
- Ability to workindependently.
