JobDescription :

We are looking for ameticulous and organized Contract Administrative Assistant tosupport our contract management team. The ideal candidate willassist in the preparation administration and management ofcontracts to ensure efficiency andcompliance.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • DocumentPreparation : Assist in drafting reviewing andformatting contracts and relateddocuments.
  • RecordKeeping : Maintain accurate and uptodate records ofall contracts andcorrespondence.
  • Filing andOrganization : Organize and manage both electronicand paper filing systems for easy retrieval ofdocuments.
  • Communication : Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersregarding contractrelatedinquiries.
  • Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule meetings related to contract negotiationsandreviews.
  • Monitoring : Track contract deadlines renewals and compliancerequirements.
  • AdministrativeSupport : Provide general administrative support tothe contract management team including photocopying scanning anddataentry.
  • Reporting : Assist in generating and compiling reports on contract status andperformancemetrics.

Qualifications :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent; an associates degree orcertification in administrative support or a related field ispreferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistantrole preferably with exposure to contractmanagement.
  • Skills :
  • Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (WordExcel Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Attention to detail andaccuracy.
  • Ability to workindependently.
