My client, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced commercial / civil litigation attorney to join their Phoenix office.

Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience handling insurance defense matters, general liability, professional liability, or general commercial litigation
- Ability to work collaboratively with a collegial and innovative team
- Take and defend depositions, trial experience a plus but not required
- Must be licensed to practice in AZ or be eligible to be admitted within one year of hire if relocating
Compensation and Benefits :
- Salary is commensurate with the market : 3-5 year $130-150k salary
- Bonuses based on billable hours that cap at $30k
- Full suite of benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k contributions
Currently offering a hybrid schedule that is 4 days remote, and 1 day in the office.
