The Business Product Management Supervisor supports strategic product development across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise priorities. Leads a team of product managers in delivering impactful digital and operational solutions. Communicates product vision and objectives, supports portfolio planning and tracks progress towards measurable objectives (OKRs). Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and end users to develop scalable, customer-focused solutions. Encourages a focus on delivering value through outcomes, not just outputs. Contributes to building a strong product management practice by mentoring team members, promoting innovation and driving consistent execution across the product portfolio.

Minimum Requirements : A four-year Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Analytics or other job-related field from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of experience in business solution development and delivery, including experience leading or coordinating teams. In lieu of bachelors degree, combination of college coursework and / or directly related experience in business solution development and delivery equaling seven (7) years.

Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications :

• Experience in agile product development, including Scrum practices and backlog management.
• Skills in stakeholder engagement, customer journey mapping and data-informed decision making.
• Effective communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, change management, training and enterprise implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with digital technologies such as automation, mobile platforms and data visualization.
• Understanding of federal and state regulations relevant to business operations.

Major Accountabilities :

This position may require access to and / or use of information subject to control under the Department of Energy's Part 810 Regulations (10 CFR Part 810), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR Parts 730 through 774), or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter M Part 120) (collectively, 'U.S. Export Control Laws').
