Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome attendees at event check-in desks.
• Verify attendee registrations and assist with the check-in process.
• Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, locations, and general inquiries.
• Distribute materials such as name badges, programs, or promotional items.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Handle any immediate inquiries or issues that may arise during the check-in process.
• Collaborate with event organizers to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
• Accurately perform tasks using Microsoft Excel to log check-in data, attendee information, and other relevant details as needed.
