Actuate Improvement, a remodeling company located in Middleton, Wisconsin, is looking for an Interior Designer to add to our already stellar team.
Why are we looking for a new interior designer? Actuate Improvement is growing and we are looking for a particular person who works well with customers and is proficient in Chief Architect.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Have a knowledge base of interior and exterior industry products and be able to present products to clients accurately
- Maintain required and up-to-date product samples and information for the showroom
- Schedule Client Design Meetings
- Properly set up project Selections, reference project Specifications Material Checklists
- From structural plans, create project design plans
- Create an Installable set of Cabinet Plans
- Enter in finish materials and details in the system and Design Plans
- Order and track initial project cabinet orders
- Present the finished materials and specifications to the production team
Position Responsibilities :
- Setting a fast-paced design process and keeping clients on track
- Visiting the site to analyze space availability, design needs, and the purpose of the space
- Creating initial designs, color themes, and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
- Activity Tracking; Keeping Actuate Team up to date on project progress
- Customer Meetings - Schedule and Conduct face-to-face meetings, phone or virtual meetings. Having the flexibility to meet with times that work with the customer (ex.
Evenings and Weekends)
This person will be a creative professional who can construct indoor spaces that are safe, functional, and visually appealing.
They will work closely with clients to design residential spaces that meet the client’s design needs and preferences. The ultimate goal of Actuate Improvement is to create great customer service and provide quality finishes to meet the needs of our clients.
