Pay Rate : $51 / hour

Shift / Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Pacific

Job Summary

As a Real Estate Manager , you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a mixed-use commercial property with multiple budgets. This role requires vendor management, budgeting, and property oversight to ensure compliance with lease rules and operational efficiency. You will oversee site operations, manage vendors, and work with an assistant manager while providing leadership in property management and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations including vendor management, budgeting, and lease compliance

Walk the property regularly to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to lease rules

Approve and review invoices; manage multiple budgets for a single site

Coordinate and bid services for facility operations

Review leases and participate in leasing calls as needed

Enforce lease terms and ensure tenant compliance with property standards

Support and mentor onsite staff including assistant manager

Required Experience

5+ years of property management or real estate operations experience

Strong budget management and vendor relationship skills

Written communication proficiency for lease and vendor documentation

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Associate’s Degree acceptable with experience)

Nice-to-Have Experience

Prior experience managing mixed-use buildings

Familiarity with multi-owner property structures

Required Skills

Budget management and forecasting

Vendor negotiations and management

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency required)

Written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills

Experience with P2P platforms or procurement systems

Mixed-use building operations knowledge

Additional Skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to balance financial, operational, and tenant priorities

Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
