Work Week Coordinator
This position is for a Work Week Coordinator (WWC) within the Maintenance and Site Services TA-55 organization (MSS). The WWC role is walking in each scheduled week of activities from T-5 (T-Week) to T-2 for schedule freeze, executing at T-0, and critiquing work week performance at T+1. The WWC is expected to drive problem solving with coordination of room access in the integrated database. As a Work Week Coordinator, you will be asked to coordinate with organizational stakeholders to ensure MSS scheduled work aligns with Operations Integration Center (OIC) production schedule. The WWC should have a comprehensive knowledge of the scheduled work and is responsible for understanding the interactions between work groups, coordination, and handoffs that must occur to effectively complete work. What You Need
Minimum Job Requirements :
Strategic Communication : Ability to conceptualize and professionally communicate major elements of facility maintenance to both technical and non-technical components.
Technical Expertise : Ability to understand and interpret various mechanical and electrical documents, blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System, i.e., Asset Suites. Ability to manage and track priority emergent work for their assigned T-Week.
Business Systems & Processes : Understanding of work control, maintenance and / or materials management. Understanding of work hazards, safety practices and lock-out / tag-out policies and procedures for LANL facilities. Ability to fully utilize and manipulate a computerized work management system, personal computer software, and site licensed programs in creating and maintaining maintenance reports.
Facility Management : Working knowledge of and in-depth experience with facility, mechanical, and / or electrical maintenance management. Experience with facility management including systems engineering design or maintenance, work control, facility control systems, major construction projects, and upgrades or renovations.
Education / Experience : Position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and related experience.

Work Location : The work location for this position is onsite and located in Los Alamos, NM. All work locations are at the discretion of management.
Work Schedule : This position may require 24 / 7 coverage, which could involve working a shift / weekend schedule. Employees may be eligible for shift differential pay when assigned by their manager. Shift / weekend assignments are at the discretion of the manager.
Position Commitment : Regular appointment employees are required to serve a period of continuous service in their current position in order to be eligible to apply for posted jobs throughout the Laboratory. If an employee has not served the time required, they may only apply for Laboratory jobs with the documented approval of their Division Leader. The position commitment for this position is 1 year.
