Who Were Looking For

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Exterior Designer specializing in concept design for our Advanced Design Studio located in Newport Beach, California.

What Youll Be Doing

• Originating and developing ideas for concepts, near production and / or production design for mobility products by performing the following duties as a member of a project team :
• Producing automotive exterior sketches, renderings and Blender or equivalent models for mainly concept and / or production products;
• Participating in mobility design development or adaptation and oversees projects as assigned;
• Creating design / styling ideas based on factors such as aesthetics, materials, engineering, packaging, market characteristics and appropriateness based on objectives of project;
• Preparing design data for model-making;
• Working with CAD and clay modelers to develop 3D models and provide guidance regarding design changes as required;
• Conducting research to support development of project concepts;
• Integrating findings and concepts into two and three dimensional sketches and models.
• Present design proposals to leadership and stakeholders.

The annual base rate for this position is $85,000-$140,000.
