Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter to drive and implement recruiting strategies with a special focus on technology. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and candidates to effectively identify top talent in technical and engineering disciplines. You will also be accountable for ensuring an amazing candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process. The contract is 6-months initially with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and develop the top tech talent across various disciplines including software engineering, data science, IT, DevOps, and other technical roles.
• Develop market and job specific recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals.
• Design and implement national recruitment strategies to leverage our national scope and realize recruitment cost efficiencies, leveraging recruiting analytics and tech hiring metrics to optimize sourcing efforts.
• Develop a network of third-party acquisition professionals and manage relationships and negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements deeply and to develop competitive hiring strategies, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Utilize recruiting data and metrics to inform key decisions and provide solutions.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives within the tech community, positioning us as top employers for tech professionals.
• Attend recruiting events to build company presence and pipeline.
