Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note).
Exhibited growth mindset / continuous process improvement.
Virtual Customer Service experience.
Capability to perform data analysis / interpretation.
Displayed prioritization, organization, planning, and communication skills.
Human Resources / Labor Relations Experience.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and all HR Centers of Excellence (COE).
Experience working with cross-functional teams virtually and across multiple sites.
Demonstrated knowledge of Peoplesoft tool (HRMS) and / or SAP Success Factors.
Knowledge of working in a large-scale Union environment.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
We need someone who is detail oriented and has the ability to self-audit.
A flexible work environment. Ability to work on-site as needed (not expected to be very often).

Remote training with team Technical Lead.
Cross-training with Sr. Specialists.
