Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities :
- At least 1-4 years of a leadership role within the Food and Beverage / Hospitality industry
- Experience with higher volume, upscale casual concepts - preferably $5M plus per year
- Working knowledge of F&B services, policies and operations
- Oversee shifts, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences and cash handling
- Enforce company programs, safety regulations, and compliance standards
- Respond to guest needs to increase return visits
- Conduct interviews, recommend hiring, schedule, train, develop, empower and resolve situations
