Position : Accounts Payable Coordinator

We're on the lookout for a detail-loving, deadline-crushing Accounts Payable Coordinator who's ready to keep our vendor payments running smooth and stress-free. From matching invoices and chasing approvals to sorting the mail and resolving a rogue billing issue, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero that keeps our financial wheels turning.

About the Role :

• Process a high volume of invoices daily with accuracy-matching POs and receipts, securing approvals, and issuing payments via checks, ACH, or wire.
• Maintain organized records, reconcile vendor statements, and support timely payments through aging report management.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve disputes, answer inquiries, and ensure accurate account details and payment terms.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulations, while following established AP procedures.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by training others, participating in cross-training, and offering AP guidance as needed.
• Handle daily mail operations including sorting, processing, delivering internal mail, and managing USPS runs.
