Position Summary :
As a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, you will be responsible for the safe, effective, and prompt delivery of medication therapy. This position is integrated into a decentralized care model, working closely with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team to ensure optimal therapeutic outes for patients.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct patient-centered care in a hospital setting
Support both centralized and decentralized medication-use systems
Participate in clinical rounds and interdisciplinary collaboration
Ensure pliance with all pharmacy regulations and protocols
Assist in emergency response including Code Blue as needed
Requirements :
B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license in good standing
BLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
ACLS certification (required for Code Blue participation)
Preferred Qualifications :
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
1+ year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
