A dynamic healthcare facility in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Cardiology to join their day-shift team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing patient care through safe, effective pharmaceutical practices within a well-equipped hospital setting.

Location

  • Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule

  • Full-time, Day Shift
  • 6 : 30 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.
  • One weekend per month

    • Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical pharmaceutical care focusing on appropriateness, safety, and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage drug dispensing and intravenous admixture programs
  • Deliver accurate drug information to healthcare staff
  • Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Operations Manager
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff to ensure smooth operations

    • Qualifications

  • B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required for Code Blue response
  • Preferred : Doctor of Pharmacy degree and at least 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
