B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of PharmacyActive Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of PharmacyBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hireAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required for Code Blue responsePreferred : Doctor of Pharmacy degree and at least 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experienceBenefits and Perks
