This full-time day position offers a structured schedule of 6 : 30 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m. with only one weekend shift per month, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure safe, effective, and timely medication therapy tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff within a decentralized clinical setting.
- Participate actively in all aspects of the medication-use system to provide prehensive pharmaceutical care.
- Support both centralized and decentralized medication-use processes to optimize outes.
Qualifications :
B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.Clinical pharmacy experience within a hospital environment.pletion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or fellowship plus PGY-2 Specialty Residency or equivalent clinical experience (minimum 3-5 years if no PGY-2).Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification obtained or to be achieved within one year.Active pharmacist license in good standing and other state-required certifications including BLS and ALS / ACLS.Doctor of Pharmacy and experience with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office applications are preferred.Benefits and Perks :
